HES Infra Pvt Ltd was incorporated under the Companies act, 1956 as a private limited company in the year 2007. The company was formed in 1997, and was run as a partnership firm named Hindustan Engineers Syndicate till its incorporation in 2007. HES Infra was founded by principled leaders who built clear values and leadership into the fabric of the company. HES Infra is one of the largest diversified heavy civil contractors with operations across the states of Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, Tamil Nadu and Uttar Pradesh. Project diversity is a fundamental element of our business model. From roads, highways, and bridges to irrigation projects, we’ve been in the business of building infrastructure since our founding in 1997. The company has successfully executed civil engineering works of various kinds ranging from bridges, Roads, Aqueducts, Road over bridges, railway bridges to irrigation works like Spillways, Canals & Tunnels etc.,

Mr.Kesava Raju started by doing civil contracts in the irrigation sector. He was the first person to introduce tippers to Rajamundry, Andhra Pradesh. He teamed up with Mr.Krishnam Raju in 1997 to start Hindustan Engineers Syndicate. Over the years he has grown into a reputed civil contractor, specializing in lift irrigation and pump houses. His administrative and project planning expertise has helped the company grow exponentially over the years. Mr.Kesava Raju holds a Diploma in Automobile Engineering from Andhra polytechnic college, Kakinada, A.P.

I V R Krishnam Raju
Managing Director

Mr.Krishnam Raju has over 28 years of experience in the civil engineering field, he is a treasure trove of technical knowledge and expertise in structural engineering. His immense knowledge in finance coupled with expertise in civil engineering is the key to his success in quoting tenders. Before starting his sting in HES Infra Mr.Krishnam Raju has worked extensively on several projects particularly bridge constructions all across Andhra Pradesh.

I P R Mohan Raju
Executive Director

Mr.Mohan Raju has diverse expertise across several industries. He started his career with Swaraj Tractors as a Mechanical Engineer. He turned into an entrepreneur by establishing a first of its kind Rice Bran oil Extraction unit in West Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. He is currently the President of Prawns Farmers Federation of India and also an advisor to Indian Aqua Forum. He has been instrumental in development and introduction of latest technologies and trends in Scientific Aqua Farming. He is an able administrator and his varied experience across several businesses is an added asset for the company.

Dr A V V Prasada Raju
Director

Dr. Prasada Raju has 15-years of experience working in Managerial and Technical positions in The Indian Air Force. His post defense service career included working as a Project Manager in various segments like Aquaculture operations & exports, Port-based infrastructure facilities, Tobacco manufacturing, Automobile dealership, Gas-based, Hydro-Electrical & Thermal Power Projects. Dr. Prasada Raju is a B.Tech in Industrial Engineering, Phd in Industrial Engineering and also holds an MBA in HR. He also holds degrees in Manpower planning, Systems Management and Industrial Relations along with diplomas in techno-commercial fields.
